Power of Attorney+ Packet

A Financial Power of Attorney lets you appoint someone you trust to make important financial decisions for you, such as banking, insurance, and tax decisions. If you become incapacitated (unable to make decisions for yourself), the Financial Power of Attorney helps avoid an expensive, lengthy process to appoint someone to manage your affairs.
